IVRCL to offload 3 road projects to TATA Realty

ET reported that IVRCL to offload 3 road projects to TATA Realty.

In order to retire debt and replenish equity infrastructure major, IVRCL has decided to sell three road projects to Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd.

The is expected to be in a week's time with Tata firm agreeing to bundle the road projects with its existing road project to raise funds from Tata Opportunities Fund.
