J&K extends bid submission dates for the propsed hydel project

Jammu and Kashmir has extended bid for the 13 IPP projects from November 17 to November 30, 2012the last date for submission of bids for 13 independent power producers (IPP) in the State to November 30.

JKPDC had floated Request for Proposal (RFP) tenders in September this year inviting sealed bids from eligible IPP bidders for implementation of 13 hydroelectric power projects on build-operate-own and transfer (BOOT) basis.

IPP projects up to 10 MW capacity are reserved for execution by IPP owned by the permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir.
