Keystone Realtors Ltd. Set to Acquire Land in Dahisar East, Mumbai

Keystone Realtors Limited has taken a significant step towards expanding its real estate portfolio by entering into an Agreement for Sale on November 8, 2023. The agreement involves the acquisition of land measuring approximately 16,152.29 square meters located in Dahisar (East), Mumbai - 400 068. The sellers in this transaction are Haren Textiles Private Limited and Harit Synthetic Fabrics Private Limited.

The consideration for the Agreement for Sale will be on a staggered basis, contingent upon the fulfillment of necessary conditions precedents. Keystone Realtors Ltd envisions unlocking the potential of approximately 6 lakh square feet (on carpet area) through the development of the acquired land, in accordance with the provisions of the Development Control & Promotion Regulations for Greater Mumbai, 2023.

The agreed-upon consideration for the acquisition of the said land is Rs. 218,50,00,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Eighteen Crore and Fifty Lakh Only). This strategic move aligns with Keystone Realtors Ltd's vision for growth and development in the real estate sector, marking a significant addition to its land assets in the vibrant city of Mumbai.
