Konkan LNG Ltd. becomes subsidiary of GAIL India Ltd.

Konkan LNG Limited (KLL - formerly known as Konkan LNG Private Limited - KLPL) was a Joint Venture Company of GAIL (India) Limited engaged in the liquefaction / regasification of natural gas. Consequent upon the debt resolution plan of KLL on 27.03.2020, GAIL's equity shareholding in KLL has increased from 40.92% to 69.05%.

Accordingly, KLL has become a subsidiary company of GAIL (India) Limited with effect from 27.03.2020.
