Kothi bridge works to be speeded up.

The second phase of building an approach road to the Kothi bridge will be completed in 18 months, and if the rain permits, earlier than that, Minister for Social Welfare and Panchayats M.K. Muneer has said.

Meeting media persons after visiting the bridge recently, he said the two-kilometre stretch from Muhammadali beach to Chakkumkadavu would be developed in the second phase at a cost of Rs.14 crores.
