Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd. to invest in LMW Aerospace Industries Ltd.

The Board of Directors of Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd at their Meeting held on 20th October 2022 had approved the proposal for making an investment in the Unsecured Compulsorily Convertible Debenture ('CCD's') issued by LMW Aerospace Industries Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.

The funds wil be utilized to support working capital requirements of the wholly owned subsidiary Company upon commencement of business operations.
