Legend Horizon offers villas and flats in Attapur.

Legend Constructions, which is known for developing projects well within the city, has now come up with Legend Horizon, a residential villa and apartment at Attapur, Hyderabad. This area has picked up steam after the PVNR expressway that connects to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport was laid.

The gated community promises to offer luxury and comfort without having to compromise on access to city life. The project will take two years to complete, a company release said.

Spread across 4,200 sq yards, the project will have 23 villas and 55 apartments. The size of a flat in a building of five floors with 11 flats in each floor, will vary between 1,700 and 2,010 sq ft, including a 25 per cent common area. The villas will be on 367 sq yards with around 4,100 sq ft built up area.

To sweeten the deal for consumers opting to buy an apartment on the fifth floor, the company is providing two-inch Aerocon bricks layering, which will reduce the temperature by 8-10 degrees. The mode of payment is also flexible, with the company asking for an initial 40 per cent sum after 15 days of booking, and balance, as and how the work progresses, in five installments.

Roughly, a villa is sold here at Rs. 3 crore and apartments come at around Rs. 3,700 per sq ft plus Rs. 6 lakh for amenities. However, officials say prices may vary as work has not yet begun.

Legend has various other projects - residential as well as commercial - running in the city. In all, there are over 25 ongoing projects.
