Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a License Agreement for a 60 room property in Rajamundry, Andhra Pradesh under the Company's brand "Lemon Tree Hotel". The hotel is expected to be operational by Quarter 3 of FY2025.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Rajamundry will feature 60 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet, meeting rooms, swimming Pool, gym, and other public areas.

Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary and the hotel management arm of the Company will be operating this hotel.
