Lemon Tree Hotels Signs Two New Properties in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of two new properties: Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh.

Keys Prima, Varanasi, will be franchised under Lemon Tree Hotels Limited and will offer 153 well-appointed rooms along with amenities including a restaurant, banquet facilities, conference rooms, a swimming pool, fitness center, and spa. The hotel is located approximately 31 km from Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport and 12 km from Varanasi Railway Junction, with good road connectivity.

Keys Select, Rewa, will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The property will feature 50 rooms, two restaurants, a banquet hall, a swimming pool, and other public areas. It is situated about 19 km from Rewa Airport and 13 km from Rewa Railway Station, with convenient road access.
