Lodha Group acquires prime land parcel in Pune from Poonawalla Constructions.

Realty developer Lodha Group, listed as Macrotech Developers, has acquired a prime land parcel spread over 1.10 acre in Pune’s Bund Garden locality from Poonawalla Constructions LLP for Rs. 80 crore.

The deal assumes significance given that this is amongst the highest considerations, based on per acre pricing, paid by any developer for a land parcel in Pune.
