Madhucon Projects to divest stake in Agra-Jaipur Expressways.

Madhucon Projects Ltd., a flagship company of the Madhucon Group, has entered into a term sheet with TRIL Roads Pvt Ltd. to disinvest its subsidiaries Madhucon Infra Ltd. and Madhucon Toll Highways Ltd's 74 per cent stake in Madhucon Agra-Jaipur Expressways Ltd.

Madhucon Agra-Jaipur Expressways, a step-down subsidiary of Madhucon Projects, is a National Highways Authority of India's Road Project.

TRIL is a part of the diversified Tata Group.
