Mold-Tek Packaging Limited is set to inaugurate its state-of-the-art unit located in Panipat, Haryana, India, today on Wednesday, the 3rd day of January 2024, at 03:10 p.m. (IST). The auspicious occasion will witness the presence of esteemed Directors and Officials of the Company.
The commencement of Commercial Production/Commercial Operation(s) at the newly inaugurated unit is slated for on or before March 31, 2024. This strategic move is part of Mold-Tek Packaging's ongoing efforts to expand its operational footprint and enhance production capabilities.
With this latest project, Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd aims to augment its existing capacity of 47,290 MTA (Total existing capacity of the Company), currently operating at approximately 70% capacity utilization. The new unit will add an additional 2,500 MTA, contributing to the company's overall growth and market presence.
The expansion, executed at a cost of Rs. 35 crores, involved a mix of internal accruals and debt, showcasing Mold-Tek Packaging's commitment to strategic and sustainable growth. The newly added capacity is designed to meet the requirements of M/s. Grasim Industries (Aditya Birla Group Paints Division) and cater to the demand for Food & FMCG products.
