MS, B2B unveil pharma solution

Hyderabad: Microsoft Corporation India Pvt Ltd along with B2B Software, a Hyderabad-based enterprise solution company, has rolled out B2B Pharma, a solution for the pharmaceutical industry. The launch was held at a forum organised by the Bulk Drugs Manufacturers Association and the Pharmaceutical Exports Promotion Council here on Friday.

In a press release here, Microsoft said B2B Pharma was built keeping in view the challenges being faced by the pharmaceutical industry. It caters to the complete requirements, including financial management, supply chain management and manufacturing of the pharma companies.

The Managing Director of B2B Software Technologies Ltd, Ms Samantha Reddy, said, ' We are working closely with Microsoft to customise their offering and provide an unmatched business value to our customers.'

According to Microsoft, the solution is aimed at helping pharma companies align their business processes and access the right information required to make the right decisions.

Based on the Microsoft Dynamics Nav platform, the solution is easy to use, easy to implement, and is custom made to fit the needs of small manufacturers, distributors and traders in the pharma industry, the release said.
