Nextiva inaugurates its India center to drive advancements in AI and enhance customer experience growth.

Bolstering its global strategy, US-based unified customer experience management firm Nextiva has launched a significant 35,000-square-foot innovation center in Bengaluru, India. This facility, Nextiva's largest outside the US, underscores India's increasing importance to the company's global product and technology roadmap. This expansion follows a year of rapid growth in Nextiva's Indian operations, during which its local team more than doubled to 300. Looking ahead, Nextiva intends to recruit over 150 more employees in India to accelerate the development of its next generation of AI-powered products.
