NHPC LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Memorandum of Understanding /Agreements.

In compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI (LODR)), it is to inform that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed on 03.02.2019 with Jammu and Kashmir State Power Development Corporation Limited (JKSPDC) and Government of Jammu & Kashmir (GoJK) for the implementation of Ratle HE Project (850 MW) in Jammu & Kashmir through a Joint Venture Company (JVC). The equity participation of NHPC and JKSPDC shall initially be in the ratio of 51:49. The equity of NHPC shall be purchased at its book value by JKSPDC from the end of 5th year after date of commissioning over 15 years through equal instalments.
