Ochre Spirits Aims for ₹60 Crore Revenue with Expansion to Major Cities by FY26.

Ochre Spirits has launched its first Ochre Bar & Kitchen in Sinquerim, Goa, marking the brand's entry into the experiential bar and dining space. Goa will serve as a test market for the brand's unique model, with plans for expansion into major cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune over the next two years. These new outlets are projected to collectively generate ₹55-60 crore in revenue by FY26.
“Goa is the perfect starting point for us. It's a place where people come to connect, celebrate, and embrace life, and Ochre Bar & Kitchen taps into that spirit while offering something meaningful and lasting,” said John Royerr, Founder of Ochre Spirits.
Royerr emphasized that Ochre is not just building bars, but crafting experiences that align with modern India's evolving cultural and social trends. “We aim to reimagine the bar as a cultural destination, focused on creating spaces that foster authentic connections and celebrate individuality,” he added.
Ochre Bar & Kitchen will also boost the company’s spirits business, with a projected 25-30% growth due to increased consumer engagement. The bar is expected to attract 75,000-80,000 customers annually, with higher footfall during the tourist season.
Currently, Ochre offers artisanal spirits like Berry Vodka, Apricot and Plum Vodka, Rose & Raspberry Gin, and Kiwi & Pear Gin, all of which are available exclusively at its Goa tasting room. The brand also plans to launch a line of agave spirits by the end of FY24.
In its first phase of expansion, Ochre plans to bottle and distribute selected craft spirit variants across retail outlets and institutions in Goa, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Puducherry. Additionally, it is targeting exports to the Middle East, aiming to tap into new international markets.
