Pashmina unveils luxury project in Bangalore.

Pashmina Developers, the Bangalore-based real estate firm, has launched a new residential project called Pashmina Waterfront in east Bangalore in Karnataka. It is positioned as an affordable high-rise luxury project in Bangalore.

Spread over 16-acre campus, the phase I will comprise of 684 apartments in a total of five residential towers. Each tower will consist of ground plus 38 floors. The property will host the tallest residential towers in east Bangalore that promises 87 per cent open space and 12 acres of greenery.

This three-side open 3 BHK apartment community is strategically located with entry from the 8 lane, 220 feet wide expressway on old Madras road. The property is designed by Thomas Associates and being constructed by Shapoorji Pallonji. The lakeside luxury apartments are surrounded by three live lakes.

With base price of Rs 4,482 per sq ft, the 1,779 – 2,082 sq ft apartments cost approximately Rs. 1 crore onwards, inclusive of clubhouse and two car parks. Phase 1, which is nearing completion, would be ready for possession by December 2015.
