Phoenix Mills launches luxury residential project in Pune.

Phoenix Mills has forayed into Pune's residential housing sector by announcing the launch of its project 'Fountainhead' near Viman Nagar on the Pune-Ahmednagar Road.

The project comprises 81 three and four bedroom apartments in two 13-floor towers.

The homes range from 3,000-5,100 sq ft in size and come at a base price of Rs. 11,900 per sq ft.
