Pioneer Property takes up 5 new projects in Hyderabad.

Business Standard reported that property solutions provider, Pioneer Property Zone, will be offering its services to five new projects in Hyderabad, taking its portfolio to 13 assets nationwide.

Among the upcoming projects, four mall assets, including 350,000 square feet tonne Secunderabad Central, 210,000-sft Odean of Shanta Sriram Constructions, Youdan Infrastructure Project Ltd's 105,600-sft Youdan Plaza and a mall at Kompally, will be developed under the supervision and guidance of PPZ.

The 470,000-sft Manjeera Mall at Kukatpally, which became operational recently, is now being managed by PPZ.

A PPZ said that the Odean Mall, which will house a cinema hall, would be completed by its developer by the last quarter of 2017. The company is a joint venture between ICS Realty, the fully-owned property services arm of ICS Group, and Old Mutual Property, a subsidiary of the London-listed insurance firm Old Mutual Plc.
