PM Launches Development Projects Worth Approximately Rs. 7,200 Crore in Jharkhand

Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled a slew of projects in Jharkhand, totaling around Rs 7,200 crore, spanning various sectors including rail, road, education, coal, petroleum, and natural gas. Among the inaugurated projects are the new campuses for IIM-Ranchi and a new hostel for IIT-ISM Dhanbad, as well as a Petroleum Oil and Lubricants (POL) depot in Bokaro. Additionally, the doubling of railway tracks in Hatia-Pakra, Talgaria-Bokaro, and Jarangdih-Patratu sections was part of the initiatives. Foundations were also laid for projects such as the four-laning of the Mahagama-Hansdiha section of NH-133, four-laning of the Basukinath-Deoghar section of NH-114 A, KDH-Purnadih Coal Handling Plant, and a new academic and administrative building for IIIT-Ranchi.
