His visit, which includes an overnight stay at the Dwarka Circuit House, aims to shine a spotlight on the region's religious and cultural significance.
Local authorities, along with the Gujarat government and the Devbhoomi Dwarka district administration, have been actively collaborating to prepare for the Prime Minister's arrival.
A crucial meeting was held at the Dwarka Circuit House, chaired by District Collector G. T. Pandya, bringing together district officials, local dignitaries, and community leaders to finalize arrangements.
The Collector stressed the importance of the Prime Minister's itinerary, which includes a visit to the Jagat Mandir of Lord Dwarkadhish and the inauguration of additional tourist facilities.
Plans were detailed for the Prime Minister's schedule, which encompasses a public address at the NDH High School grounds following his darshan at Dwarkadhish Temple. Beautification efforts in Dwarka and Bet Dwarka have commenced, with prominent landmarks, public offices, and residential areas set to be adorned with festive decorations.
Various state departments, including the Gujarat State Road and Building Department and Tourism Department, are working closely with local bodies to ensure the smooth execution of the event. Emphasis is being placed on cleanliness and security, with additional personnel deployed and a dedicated cleaning campaign underway to present Dwarka in its best light.
Community participation is encouraged, with MLA Pabubha Manek urging residents to illuminate the area with lamps, creating a luminous pathway from Dwarka to surrounding regions. A comprehensive security plan overseen by the District Police Chief and State Police aims to provide a safe and welcoming environment for the Prime Minister and attendees.
