Pursuant to Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that Company has launched Phase I of its project known as Poddar Wondercity under PMAY scheme (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) at Badlapur East. The Phase I of the said project is having 1,863 flats with a built-up area of approximately 1.2 million sq. ft.
