Ramky Group to enter into capital market

Ramky Group is finalising plans for an initial public offering (IPO) to par-fund its expansion and growth plans.

The company has shortlisted some consultants and banks to finalise the road map for the proposed entry into the capital market.

The Ramky group is engaged in infrastructure projects through its listed entity Ramky Infrastructure Ltd, and handles road and other infrastructure projects. The other Group company Ramky Estates and Farms Ltd, is engaged in real estate development.
