Rangsons Aerospace Secures ₹300 Crore Investment for Expansion & Strategic Growth.

Rangsons Aerospace, a Tier I partner to major global aviation and aerospace OEMs, has raised ₹300 crore (approximately $36.5 million) from ValueQuest Investment Advisors. The funding will support the company’s expansion efforts, enabling it to meet growing demand in the commercial and military aviation sectors while pursuing strategic acquisitions.

Managing Director Pavan Ranga stated that the investment would help Rangsons Aerospace strengthen its presence in global markets and advance aerospace innovation. The company aims to capture a significant share of the ₹20,000 crore fluid-conveyance system market while continuing to develop world-class solutions for India’s Ministry of Defence and international partners.

Rangsons Aerospace serves major global players such as Boeing, GE, and Honeywell, as well as Indian organizations like ISRO, the Indian Navy, and HAL. The company specializes in fluid distribution systems for aviation, thermal management systems for airborne platforms, and satellite communication (SATCOM) technology, with fluid-conveyance products contributing 40% of its revenue.

At Aero India 2025, Ranga revealed that Rangsons Aerospace is exploring acquisition opportunities in the U.S. The investment from ValueQuest aligns with the firm’s sector-focused strategy under its ValueQuest Tristar Fund, which targets aerospace, defense, and precision engineering.

Financial services firm Anand Rathi Advisors acted as the financial advisor for the transaction.
