Rays Power Infra to commission 2 solar plants in FY'15.

Rays Power Experts, a solar power development and EPC company, has said it will commission two solar power plants during the current financial year.

'Our (5 MW) Naguar plant in Rajasthan will be ready by the end of the fiscal FY'15 and one at (25 MW) Medak in Andhra Pradesh is likely to be commissioned by September 2014,' Ketan Mehta, Director, Rays Power Infra said.

He added that the company is yet to acquire land for its proposed solar park at Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh.

The company recently commissioned 14 projects and its total generation capacity is 85 MW with 56 projects.

The company has also signed a 25 MW project for an Independent Power Producer in March 2014 which will be commissioned by June 30.

For the VGF (Viability Gap Funding) based model, the company has set up solar parks across the country to take care of solar projects of 750 MW capacity.
