Relaxo Footwears Ltd. to set up new plant at Bhiwadi unit.

The Board of Directors of Relaxo Footwears Limited (RFL) at their meeting held on August 3, 2019, has considered and approved the addition of capacity by setting up - "New State of Art Plant at Bhiwadi" unit.

RFL had existing capacity of 7.50 lakh pairs per day for manufacturing footwear. To derive benefits of synergies and to meet peak season demand and to be ready for future growth, RFL is proposing to add capacity of 1.00 Lakh pairs per day of footwear in Bhiwadi Rajasthan. The capacity will be added in three years.

The total investment required to for installation of the proposed Plant is Rs. 90 Crores. The funds will be met through internal accruals.
