Rossell Techsys to Scale Up Manufacturing Operations with New Expansion.

Rossell Techsys Limited has announced a significant expansion of its manufacturing footprint through the leasing of an additional facility located near its existing unit, aimed at supporting a surge in customer programmes.

The company said the expansion, disclosed on May 11, 2026, will substantially increase its operational capacity. Rossell Techsys currently operates with a footprint of 2,55,000 sq ft, of which 1,75,000 sq ft is in use. The new facility adds 2,10,000 sq ft of proposed capacity, taking the total potential operational area to over 4.6 lakh sq ft.

The expansion will be implemented in two phases. In the first phase, 1,40,000 sq ft is expected to become operational within four to five months. The remaining 70,000 sq ft will be added in the second phase over the next eight to twelve months.

To fund the initiative, the company has earmarked an investment of ₹30 crore, which will be financed through a mix of internal accruals and debt.

Rossell Techsys said the expansion is driven by the execution requirements of multiple ongoing and upcoming customer programmes. The additional facility will support production, quality assurance, logistics, and programme management functions, aimed at improving throughput, coordination, and supply chain efficiency.

By leasing a space in close proximity to its existing operations, the company expects to enhance operational flexibility and execution efficiency. It described the move as a forward-looking step to strengthen capabilities and support long-term growth in the technology systems sector.
