Rs. 135-cr road project launched.

Deputy Chief Minister K.E. Krishna Murthy launched the Kurnool-Devanakonda road widening project under World Bank funded programme recently. The road running to a length of 52.07 km will cost Rs. 133.50 crore. Andhra Pradesh Road Development Corporation (APRDC) would execute the project. Addressing the function along with R and B Minister Siddha Raghava Rao, Mr. Krishna Murthy said the bad patch of road between Kurnool and Kodumur caused severe hardship to commuters and road users.
