Sacheerome to Open State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Unit Near Noida Airport

Sacheerome Fragrances and Flavours, a prominent player in India's fragrances and flavours industry, is gearing up to establish a cutting-edge manufacturing facility near the upcoming Noida International Airport in Uttar Pradesh by the end of 2025, according to the company’s Managing Director, Manoj Arora.

This expansion initiative comes in response to the escalating demand for natural flavours and aromas, a market segment that Sacheerome intends to capitalize on.

Arora outlined the details of the forthcoming facility, which will sprawl across an area of 21,250 square meters, boasting a built-up area of 700,000 square feet. Initially, the first phase will encompass 300,000 square feet, with the entire project estimated to cost approximately ₹500 crore, significantly larger than the current facility in Yeida.

The new manufacturing unit will be a smart green factory, incorporating advanced process automation to elevate efficiency and sustainability standards. Arora emphasized the integration of multiple robots into operations to bolster capacity, speed, and precision, thereby reducing lead time from order initiation to dispatch.

Furthermore, Sacheerome aims to secure Leed Platinum Certification from the US Green Building Council, a prestigious recognition that signifies adherence to stringent sustainability criteria across various facets of construction and operation.

Established in the 1920s, Sacheerome sources over 3,000 raw materials globally from more than 30 countries. The company boasts a clientele of over 3,000 worldwide and produces 15 global perfumes and flavours.

With an annual production capacity of 15,000 tonnes, Sacheerome maintains a library of over 10,000 flavours and fragrances, complemented by two state-of-the-art research and development centers. The company prioritizes long-term global vendor partnerships and upholds rigorous vendor audit processes.
