Segregated Funds Group raises Rs.101 Crore for its maiden real estate fund

Segregated Funds Group, has raised Rs.101 crore for its maiden real estate fund in India and will raise another Rs.200 crore in four-five months.

The Residential Opportunities Fund I aims to invest in residential projects in in Delhi-National Capital Region, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Pune,

Segregated Funds Group plans to raise a series of real estate funds in India. The next fund will be larger and focus on office projects.
