Sinclairs Hotels to come up with 3 new properties.

Kolkata-headquartered Sinclairs Hotels, now partly funded by Xander Group, a global investment firm focused on the infrastructure, hospitality, retail and real estate sectors, will now put up a 114-room upscale business hotel on one acre of land in New Town, Kolkata, a 48-room-and-suite luxury resort in Kalimpong and a tourist resort in Burdwan.

The company has just got the final sanction for its Rajarhat hotel and work will begin soon. Meanwhile, the Kalimpong property will be thrown open in the second quarter of the current fiscal and the tourist resort in Burdwan, which is in its final stages of implementation, will also be commissioned during the current fiscal, Navin Suchanti, CEO and managing director, Sinclairs Hotels, said.
