Supertech's premium township at Sohna Road.

Realty major Supertech has launched Hill Town, its premium township project at Sector 2, Sohna Road, Gurgaon. The company is investing Rs. 1,000 crores in this township project and Rs. 4,000 crore in all its projects in Gurgaon.

Located on the foothills of the Aravallis, Hill Town is an integrated township of 140 acres which offers two and three bedroom with three-side open premium residences christened as Hill View Residences, lavish villas and independent floors. The company has fixed starting price at Rs 47.5 lakh.

The township also has spaces for retail and commercial activities, school, hospital, community centre, taxi stand, beauty parlour, ATM, kids' play area and a 15,000 sq ft of clubhouse which has a mini theater, gymnasium, badminton court, tennis and squash courts, yoga and meditation pavilions, library and party halls.

Speaking on the launch of Hill town, RK Arora, chairman, Supertech said: 'Hill Town is our third project in the Millennium City and as we have received an overwhelming response from our past two projects, we expect the same from this township project as well. The kind of demand we have observed in this market has encouraged us to come with a premium living project in the lap of nature. By adding Hill Town project in our company’s portfolio, the total area of development is approximately 400 acres and investment is Rs. 4,000 crore in Haryana region'.

Hill Town also has golf putting greens, rock climbing, jogging tracks, cricket pitches, elders’ garden, organic farming and beautifully landscaped gardens.

'Hill Town is an integrated township which will be delivered in phases. While the first phase is expected to be deliverd in three years, the entire project is expected to complete by December 2020. We are putting in an amount of Rs. 1,000 crore to develop this township', said Mohit Arora, managing director, Supertech.

At the foothills of Aravallis, Hill Town is strategically located in close proximity to educational and medical centres like KR Mangalam University, GD Goenka School, Medanta Medicity, 20 minutes' drive from major commercial hubs in Sector 48 & 49, Gurgaon and is 25 minutes away from Cyber City Park.

He further added that the price of the project has been decided keeping in mind the affordability factor among the middle class. The prices are expected to appreciate much faster in this area which can be lucrative options for both investors and end users who are looking for their dream homes.

Hill Town has 1,900 units for two and three BHK apartments of Hill View Residencies. The price of the project has been decided at Rs. 4,400 per sq ft.
