Tata Power DDL Teams Up with IIM Kozhikode for Workforce Development.

The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) and Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd (Tata Power-DDL) have officially inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on comprehensive capacity building, training, and knowledge development within the power distribution sector.

This newly formed partnership aims to cultivate a robust pipeline of skilled, future-ready professionals. These individuals will be equipped to navigate and address the increasingly complex challenges of the evolving energy landscape, not just in India but also in global markets.

The landmark agreement was formally signed by Professor Debashis Chatterjee, Director of IIM Kozhikode, and Praveen Agrawal, Chief – Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Tata Power-DDL. The collaboration signifies a strategic move to enhance human capital in a critical infrastructure sector.
