Tata Steel Announces $2 Billion Investment in Overseas Arm T Steel Holdings.
Tata Steel recently announced plans to invest $2 billion (₹18,488 crore) in its Singapore-based wholly owned subsidiary, T Steel Holdings Pte Ltd, in a phased manner starting from FY27.The decision was approved at a meeting of the board of directors held recently.
In a separate development, the board also cleared a proposal to merge its wholly owned subsidiary, Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd, with Tata Steel.
