TGV SRAAC Limited invests Rs. 66.59 crore in Andhra Pradesh Gas Power Corporation Ltd.

The Board of Directors of TGV SRAAC Limited has taken notice of investment in M/s. Andhra Pradesh Gas Power Corporation Limited (APGPCL) Equity Shares of 29.49 MW equivalent shares (1 MW= 2,68,000 Shares) for a total consideration of Rs. 66.59 Cr by the Company by participating in the Tender floated by APGPCL/negotiation in terms of authority given by the Board in its meeting Dt.10.08.2020. The Company made this investment to be eligible to draw 29.49 MW power from APGPCL. This also to inform that the tariff rates of APGPCL is comparatively cheaper to other sources of power supply.
