Tatas joint venture with Keventer to widen realty footprint.

Kolkata's real estate market is in for some exciting time. The $100.09-billion-plus Indian conglomerate Tata group has entered into a joint venture with the city-based Keventer Group to expand its real estate footprint across the state.

Incidentally, the agreement does not bind the JV partners from taking up projects independently across country as well.
