However, with Uniphore's Co-Pilot application, the AI swiftly comprehends the problem as soon as the customer raises the concern. It promptly searches the system to identify the reasons behind the issue and initiates the necessary action, such as reversing the incorrect charge. Simultaneously, the AI alerts the agent about the resolution.

As a result, what typically might have been an 8-9 minute customer-agent conversation is streamlined to less than three minutes, thanks to AI's efficiency.
