Value Budget Housing launches 'senior living' project.

Value Budget Housing Corporation (VBHC), a provider of afordable housing projects, has entered into the 'senior living' housing segment in association with Vedaanta Senior Living.

It launched its senior living project at its existing project Vaibhava in Anekal near Electronic City.

The project comprises 92 units, which consists of 32 one-and-half-bed rooms and 60 two bedrooms, dedicated exclusively to the needs of senior citizens. The apartments will cost between Rs. 29 lakh and Rs. 40 lakh.

Speaking at the launch, Jerry Rao, Chairman, VBHC, said: 'We at VBHC are proud to partner with Vedaanta, a young and dynamic team with a great track record in this space, to deliver highly specialised senior living homes to cater to the vast demand for senior housing in India.

'We firmly believe that like our other ventures this one is also equally capable of creating the same success and adding value to the lives of senior citizens across the country. We have a long-term vision for this segment and have signed up with Vedaanta for five projects across the country.'
