Adani Road Transport Limited forms subsidiary Adani Road O&M Ltd.

Adani Road Transport Limited ("ARTL"), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd., has incorporated a WOS namely, "Adani Road O&M Limited" ("ARO&ML") on 7th April, 2021.

The company will undertake activities relating to the Operations, Maintenance, Tolling and other incidental activities of Infrastructure facilities including roads, highways, expressways, bridges and other infrastructure assets.
