Dhunseri Group Plans ₹2,200 Crore Greenfield & Brownfield Push for Flexible Packaging.

The diversified Dhunseri Group announced an ambitious investment plan exceeding ₹2,200 crore by the financial year 2028-29. This significant capital injection will fuel both greenfield and brownfield projects aimed at substantially expanding the group's flexible packaging films business.

The bulk of this investment, an estimated ₹1,240 crore, is earmarked for a new greenfield facility in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir. In parallel, the group plans to inject around ₹1,000 crore into a brownfield expansion project at its existing site in Panagarh, West Bengal.

Both strategic projects will be executed under Dhunseri Poly Films (DPFPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dhunseri Ventures, underscoring the group's commitment to bolstering its presence in the rapidly growing flexible packaging sector.
