PowerGrid to invest ₹562 cr in South.

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. said that its board of directors has approved an investment decision worth ₹562.25 crore. The investment will be made in the transmission system strengthening in the southern region. The company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange that the work is scheduled to be completed 30 months from the date of investment approval.
