Quality Power Bags ₹34.75 Crore Order from Abu Dhabi Transmission Company.

Quality Power Electrical Equipments Ltd., a global leader in high-voltage power products, has secured a significant order worth approximately ₹34.75 crores from the Abu Dhabi Transmission Company, a major utility in the United Arab Emirates.

The contract involves the design, manufacturing, and supply of Dry-Type and Oil-Filled Shunt Reactors, which will be built using the company's proprietary Dry-Q technology at its manufacturing hub in Sangli, India. The equipment is slated for delivery over the next year.

This new order further strengthens Quality Power's position in the UAE, a region where the company has a strong track record, including its involvement in the prestigious UAE HVDC interconnection project.

Mr. Waingankar, Head of Coil Product Sales at Quality Power, commented on the win, stating, "Despite stiff competition from European and Chinese manufacturers, we secured this order at healthy margins, thanks to our proven technical capability, established project performance, and focus on long-term reliability. He also noted a global increase in demand for coil products, with a particularly strong rise in inquiries from the U.S. market, driven by demand-supply mismatches despite tariff challenges. This new contract reinforces Quality Power's commitment to building a robust global presence and its leadership in providing critical solutions for grid reliability and sustainable energy infrastructure.
