Signature Global awards ₹567 crore contracts for housing project in Gurugram.

Signature Global has awarded construction contracts worth ₹567.37 crore for its housing project ‘Daxin Vistas’ in Sohna, Gurugram.

B L Gupta Construction (P) Ltd has secured a ₹482-crore contract to build 2,792 independent floors within 36 months, while Shri Balaji has been allotted ₹85.37 crore for external development works, including sewage treatment, stormwater drainage, irrigation, and rainwater harvesting.

Lalit Kumar Aggarwal, Co-founder and Vice Chairman of Signature Global, emphasized the company's commitment to high-quality construction.

The real estate firm recorded property sales of ₹8,670 crore between April and December this fiscal, a sharp rise from ₹3,120 crore in the same period last year. It aims to achieve sales bookings of ₹10,000 crore in FY24, up from ₹7,270 crore in the previous fiscal.

Signature Global has delivered 120 lakh sq. ft. of housing and has a pipeline of 350 lakh sq. ft. in upcoming projects, with 158 lakh sq. ft. under construction. The company is also actively acquiring land to support its expansion plans.
