Tamil Nadu's start-up warehouse ready.

More than 200 start-ups are in queue to grab space at the 'start-up warehouse', which is being set up by the Tamil Nadu government in association with National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) at Tidel Park.

The warehouse, which can house 100 firms, is expected to become operational in December.

'Nasscom is in the process of shortlisting firms. We will pick up 100 start-ups. The work is complete and we are giving final touchs to the building,' said a senior official in the Information Technology department.

The selection committee comprises of stakeholders from the government as well as industry including Venture Capitalists and Private Equity players.
