In a significant development, AD-MANUM FINANCE LIMITED has successfully executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for the sale of power generated by the company's windmill. The agreement covers the output of the 0.60 MW wind power project situated at W-24, Village Shailkewadi, District Sangli, Maharashtra, and entails a sale price of INR 2.65 per kilowatt-hour (kWh). The PPA is set to remain valid until July 5, 2031.
