Azizi Aliyah homes in Dubai Healthcare City 90% complete.

The Dubai-based developer said the architectural finishes for Aliyah's interiors are currently under way, with external works “progressing at an accelerated pace”, and infrastructure work being completed “in a timely manner” with the support of Dubai Healthcare City.

“Azizi Developments deployed a full force of contracting teams to ensure 100 % completion as per the delivery schedule,” the developer added in its update.

The 16-storey Azizi Aliyah is located on Al Khail Road, 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport and close to Wafi Mall.

The developer said Azizi Aliyah, made up of 346 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, has recorded “a strong response from customers for its strategic location and the effortless access to varied leisure attracting and family-orientated activities offers to residents”.

Speaking on milestone, Farhad Azizi, chief executive officer of Azizi Developments, said: “The 90% completion milestone achieved on the Azizi Aliya Residence once again highlights our commitment to timely delivery.

The update comes weeks after Farhad Azizi, the developer’s chief executive officer, said the Dubai-based firm was targeting an international expansion into Saudi Arabia, Germany, the UK, and Canada with “iconic projects”, as reported by Arabian Business at the time.
