BGR Energy Systems first international contract worth USD 246 million

BGR Energy Systems has signed its maiden EPC contract in international power markets worth USD 246 million comprising USD 240 million towards EPC and USD 6 million towards piling work.

The company entered into a contract for AL Nasiriya 500MW gas turbine power plant project with the ministry of electricity, republic of Iraq. The contract was bagged by BGR Energy (Q,N,C,F)* through an international bidding process which included five other bides Hyundai, STX, Kineeses, KAYI Lotus and Enka.
