Brigade Enterprises Launches Bengaluru Housing Project with ₹1,100 Crore Revenue Potential

On Thursday, realty firm Brigade Enterprises unveiled its latest housing project, 'Brigade Insignia,' located in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, featuring 379 units.

According to a statement by the company, "The project has a revenue potential of Rs 1,100 crore."

Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Ltd, commented on the project's launch amidst high demand for residential properties, noting its strategic fit within the company's 11 million square feet expansion plan in the residential sector. Shankar highlighted the project's appeal for both investment and homeownership opportunities.

Apartments at Brigade Insignia are available at prices ranging from Rs 3 crore to Rs 9 crore, with completion expected by June 2029.
