Brigade to Construct Chennai's Tallest Residential Project in Perambur.

Brigade Enterprises Ltd, the Bengaluru-based real estate giant, is set to expand its footprint in Chennai with plans to construct the city’s tallest residential project in Perambur, featuring 49 floors.

This new project will surpass Brigade’s own ongoing development, Altius in Sholinganallur, which has 47 floors, as well as the SPR Towers in Perambur, which is a 45-floor project.

The Perambur project will consist of five towers, with the remaining four towers ranging between 38 and 43 floors. The development will span 15.82 acres and is expected to be built with an investment of ₹620 crore, sources revealed.
