This investment was made through subscription to the Right Issue, bolstering CEAT's ownership in its wholly owned subsidiary.

Tyresnmore Online Private Limited, established on June 2, 2014, and headquartered in New Delhi, India, operates in the automotive sector. The company specializes in selling automotive tyres, accessories, and providing services such as installing, fitting, wheel balancing, and wheel alignment for automotive tyres.
